We normally have a set fee of R600 per set of 6 tents, per night, which is payable in cash when we deliver the tents to your home.

We require an EFT deposit of payable immediately to secure your date and booking.
The balance is payable when we deliver the tents to your home.

We understand that accidents happen, but if an item is damaged beyond repair, the cost of replacement will be for the customers account.
The cost to replace the Night Sky Star Projector or remote is R700. We cannot buy remotes separately so please take care of it.
If, in the unfortunate event, you have to cancel your booking, a percentage of your security deposit will be retained unless you schedule an alternative date, in which case your deposit will be transferred to that date.
Cancellation up to 10 days or less before booked date - 50% of deposit retained
We ask for understanding in this regard. Clients book parties weeks in advance and it is very difficult to find an alternate booking
on short notice. In most cases the date would be lost to us.
We charge a standard delivery fee of R150 for most areas in and around Cape Town. Areas like Fish Hoek, Houtbay , Melkbos and Somerset West will be a bit more. Let us know where you are and we will make a plan.
We deliver before the party date to give you time to properly setup your party,
i.e , we will deliver on Thursday night if the party is scheduled for Friday night
or, we will deliver on Saturday morning if the party is scheduled for Saturday night , and so on…same applies for weekdays and holidays.
Deliveries will normally be between 6pm - 8pm in the evening or 9am - 11am in the morning
Collections will be on the morning after the party normally between 10am and 1pm
